    Together we'll meet to fully understand your business, the open position, and help you build an employee value proposition to attract the right candidates.

    During this meeting, we define exactly what you are looking for from both a technical skillset and a cultural fit, so you're presented with only qualified candidates.

  • After we design your employer positioning, we start the search. If anyone meets your unique qualifications, we add them to our sourcing list for prompt outreach.

  • After creating a shortlist of top talent, we will systematically reach out to them professionally to gain market insights and gauge interest.

  • What separates us from the pack is our rigorous pre-screening process.

    Before sending over one resume, we want to make sure it’s a good match for both parties.

    That said, during our pre-screening process, we start by assessing if the candidate is qualified and interested, then go on a deep dive. Over a call, we uncover the reason for their interest, desired target compensation, career aspirations, and the type of culture they are targeting.

    We also double confirm whether technical and culture fit is present and only if so, we invite them to interview with you.

  • After selecting the top 3-4 candidates we believe are uniquely qualified for your open position, we hand them over to you.

  • Congrats, you found a fit!

    Once you are ready to bring the candidate on board, say the word, and we will verbally extend the offer to ensure a smooth acceptance and prompt start date. It's as simple as that!
